These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Sean’s Lawns ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you," "your"). By requesting, scheduling, or accepting services from Sean’s Lawns, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Sean’s Lawns provides property maintenance and related services, which may include but are not limited to:

Lawn mowing and trimming

Yard and leaf cleanup

Hedge trimming and shrub maintenance

Tree trimming (non-arborist services)

Stump grinding and removal

Cattail and shoreline vegetation removal

Junk bin rentals

Interior painting and house cleaning
Services are provided based on site conditions, weather, accessibility, and safety considerations.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Estimates

Quotes may be provided verbally, by text, email, or invoice.

Unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed flat rate, all prices are estimates and subject to adjustment based on actual site conditions.

Flat-rate services (e.g., junk bin rentals) include only the items and limits specified at the time of booking.

Additional work requested on-site may result in additional charges.
3. Scheduling, Access, and Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the service area.

Gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and obstacles cleared prior to arrival.

Sean’s Lawns is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards.
4. Weather and Seasonal Conditions

Many services are weather-dependent.

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to rain, wind, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions.

Weather-related delays do not constitute grounds for refunds.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

Deposits, if applicable, may be forfeited once a service window has been reserved.
6. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined on invoices or service agreements.

Payments may be accepted via invoicing, electronic payment, or other approved methods.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
7. Refunds and Service Issues

Sean’s Lawns does not guarantee refunds for completed services.

If a service concern arises, clients must notify us within a reasonable time so the issue can be assessed.

Where appropriate, the remedy may include re-service or adjustment rather than a cash refund.
8. Property Damage and Liability

Sean’s Lawns takes reasonable care while performing services.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

Hidden or undisclosed hazards (e.g., shallow utilities, irrigation lines, fragile edging)

Pre-existing property conditions

Normal wear and tear associated with landscaping and maintenance work

Clients are responsible for marking or disclosing underground utilities or sensitive areas.
9. Safety and Right to Refuse Service

Sean’s Lawns reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Unsafe conditions include aggressive animals, unstable terrain, hazardous debris, or unsafe client behavior.
10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, and videos associated with Sean’s Lawns are the property of Sean’s Lawns and may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to These Terms
Sean’s Lawns reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
